Michael Stever is a full time freelance director, film maker, camera man and writer shooting and editing mini-DV projects all over NYC. His short film entitled, 'Ghosts Of Zion' & Michael Nyman was recently featured at the indie film website, 'Shooting People.'
Having worked for nearly twenty years as an actor, he's now merging the 'Perfect Union' of industry smarts, & technical savvy. Stever worked for nearly three years as UPM on the critically acclaimed documentary, 'Broadway: The Golden Age.' Recent clients include Debbie Reynolds & her induction into The Friars Club, Broadway vets Mary Bond Davis as well as Judy McLane at West Bank Cafe's Laurie Beechman Theatre, musical virtuoso Janice Martin, the Screen Actors Guild's BookPals group, Barnes & Noble, & PlayBill magazine columnist Ellis Nassour. He's also the official camera man for The Brini Maxwell Show podcasts. Having added the title of 'Producer' to his resume, Michael recently wrapped filming on an instructional DVD for Actors Connection; New York City's premiere Instructional 'hub' for those seeking careers in Entertainment. Last year, he bacame signatory with The Screen Actors' Guild for what will be his first indie feature, 'Ghosts Of Zion.'
