Michael Stever is a full time freelance director, filmmaker, camera man, editor and writer working in/around NYC and is thrilled to announce the completion of his first music video 'Don't Come A Knockin' which he directed & filmed for the talented Tom Vaughn.
His short film, 'Resurrecting Carrie!' is available to view online at Death Ensemble.
In December 2011, Stever finalized principal photography on 'Checking In' based on The Fringe Festival Award winning play. His exclusive interview & featurette on Stephen Schwartz's first ever opera, 'Seance On A Wet Afternoon' can be viewed at BroadwayWorld.com in addition to several other multi-media featurettes.
During Halloween 2010, Stever's first independently produced documentary, 'Saturday Nightmares; The Ultimate Horror Expo Of All Time!' screened in New York City to overall solid reviews, and is now available on DVD and pay per view.
He worked for nearly three years as UPM on the critically acclaimed, 'Broadway:
The Golden Age.'
In January 2011, Stever had the honor of directing the legendary Vanessa Redgrave for a Drama Desk Awards 'Sizzle Reel' and has served as the 'Official' camera man for The Drama Desk Awards in NYC for 3 years. Watch Stever & Redgrave now, click screen to the right >>>
